The introduction of LLW into the KS3 curriculum will occur in two ways:

Modules
In each year of KS3 all pupils will study a module on each of Citizenship, Education for Employability, and PSE.  These modules will be delivered through the allocation of 2 periods per week over the year.  Each pupil is assessed on her work in all 3 modules.

Cross-curricular Activities
The new curriculum requires each general learning area to promote Key Elements including aspects of Citizenship, Education for Employability, and Personal Development.

Learning for Life and Work in the Curriculum
All pupils study modules in Citizenship, Education for Employability and Personal Development.  These are delivered through the allocation of 2 periods per week over the year in both Years 11 and 12.
